Can anyone please tell me if the IQAS reference number is the same as IQAS file number ? I need to fill my academic records number. I only have my file number. Thank you.

I delivered my documents through TCS to IQAS. There is 7 pager IQAS form inside containing file number, my passport copy, HEC sealed envelope, and IQAS receipt. However, i forgot to mention file number on the outer side or the cover provided by the courier service. Is it fine or can it create some issue? documents inside are complete and IQAS can only access file number after opening the courier cover.

they are the same. My documents just received by IQAS and they e-mailed my immediately. I just mentioned file number.
