Do we need to draft my own (as i don't know how my company will frame it and will it cover all the essential points needed for Canada PR) reference letter and then get it signed from our supervisor and stamped from company? How to do this process?
If i have worked in multiple companies in last 10 years, then do i need to get reference letter from all of them individually?

you can draft your own and get them signed and stamped by HR. you only need to provide letter for companies you worked for 3 yrs in the past 10 yrs. atleast one of those 3 yrs must be continuous in your primary noc. rest of your experience can go under 'personal history'

Thanks for your reply. I was having a doubt about letter from HR, on some websites i read that it should be by your supervisor and job duties should also be mentioned briefly. So i am confused.

i got it signed by HR. of course job duties are the most important part of the letter.
