hi
My company gives me two reference letter. One reference letter from payroll department which contains my pay related information and one letter from my manager which contain my roles and responsibilities.
can i apply letter from pay roll department now(as they take a long time to give this) and take my roles and responsibilities letter from my manager after 10-15 days because my 1 year will complete exactly at April 15th.
So my question is does the VO considers these letters with different dates. Moreover the VO should consider date on my roles and responsibilities letter because this shows that i have completed 1 year.

I would say the VO would consider by the date whichever is earlier, regardless, to be safe, either letter should be dated after your one year exp. but appears you have not completed your exp yet?

probably you also need to attach a cover letter explaining why you provide 2 letters.

For the reference letter, I'd advise to give yourself 1 - 2 weeks after April 15th. It's always good to give extra days for the letter to be certain that CIC won't have any concerns. They are pretty strict with calculation of days.

I think the payroll related stuff is optional. You can just attach paystubs (if you want to include that information with your application).

Well, from what he indicated, the letter from manager does not contain remuneration info which us required, if this is true, the letter from payroll is necessary.

It doesn't really matter if the "date" you are talking about is the date the letter was written. It is different if the date you are talking about is the date you have being working with them, just make sure the beginning (and end if applicable)of your employment is consistent in both documents

For people who are still working with the employer, there is no end date, so the date the letter is written serves as the end date.

If the letter is written after 50 weeks of employment, CIC will say you are 2 weeks short of meeting the requirement.
