What does "notarized" exactly mean in "notarized employment contract"?Is it sufficient to provide employment contracts which are signed by the supervisor and chief or do they need more verification? What about reference letters?

notarized means....do photocopy of your contract papers...go to solicitor and make attested /signature/stamp from him. contract paper can be notarized or if you want you can send original, if u can make another copy from the company for your future use.
ref letter is job experience letter..including..position/date/duties etc. you have to send original ref letter to visa office.
