Reference letter

Hi,
I have been begging my employer to issue me job letter for almost 2 months. He kept saying he will give me letter in September. Ihave a deadline to submit my application under cec on 22 September. Now he is refusing to give me any letter as he wants me to apply under AIPP so he can do 2 years contract with me. I have tried everything. Now best I can do is submit supporting letters from my co workers, my paystubs, T4 and LOE along with chats where he is saying he can’t issue me letter, he is only gonna support me with Aipp. I just want to know if any one applied without reference letter and with supporting letters and got PR.

Still waiting for decision. I heard some people do get PR this way. Let see..

I already got AOR. Thats not the problem. Problem is whether or not office will consider it … just waiting for that

I don’t know office. My aor is 20 September. I am done with biometric and medical already. Just waiting for final decision. I am in Canada. Are u applying inside Canada too?
