Is it ok to submit a reference letter dated dec 2019 if I am claiming experience for may 2019 to may 2020. Al though i am still attaching my NOI , t4 , recent paystubs and bank statements.
Any advice ? Please help.

It is not required if you left that job however updated validation is always favorable so if it is not a real burden go "all in" and renew it.

You mean you provided a letter from your employer that you have been working with company XYZ
from May 2019 - May 2020 on DEC 2020
As proof of your current employment?

Have got any promotion upgrades rotations on May 2020?

Well it meets the minimum requirement "one year experience" i hope it states that you still employed.

Generally for IRCC; applicants are required to provide Reference letters corroborated with pay slips if you have them.

The point is the Reference Letter is the base of the decision not the pay slips. It would present you better if it reference that you still have your Job and not laid off.

Did you mention any thing about it in LOE ?

No I didn’t attached any LOE.
Shall I make a revised one and send separately through webform?

From abstract it looks fine but yes if i were in your position; to avoid delays and risks, i would immediately raise a WebForm with new reference letter clearly stating work period
from May 2019 to still working ( why to close end your working period it is not big deal but surely it require un-needed explanation).
Of course with the rest required criteria ( designation, duties, gross salary etc..) just to be safe and eliminate any misunderstanding.

What is your AOR anyway?
It takes around 2 weeks to 3 weeks to return or inquire an application? Are you already past the AOR with 2-3weeks ?
