Hi,
I worked at one place for 2 years and then for 9 months I was at a different place. After that I returned to the same company and worked there for 1 more year. Should I provide two reference letters or just one letter stating that " Mr. XYZ worked as Software Design Engineer from (time period 1 ) and (time period 2)". Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

One letter wont work perfectly here. You will need to have 2 separate reference letters with the specific period of service in each letter and supporting proofs.

Two reference letters. One reference letter for one period.

I have a similar question. My current employer says employment letter can only be made based on my current JD. I have served in two different capacities within my current organization and my roles in both contribute to my NOC and make up 3 years work experience. Any advice would be welcome.

Hi, I have a Reference Letter from one of my Employers. It contains all details except for a “Telephone/Contact number”. I requested them over email to include contact details but apparently the letter is as per Company Policy and hence cannot be amended.
1. Will the absence of contact info be an issue? Should I mention this fact in LOE?
2. I will be able to attach the email extract which also contains their Contact number in their Official Signature. Should this suffice?
3. Should I attach email mentioned in Point 2 in LOE or the respective Employment History or Both?

Any response is really appreciated! Thanks.

1. Can't say. It is unusual for a business to not have contact information on it's letterhead.
2/3. Even if the letter head does not have contact information, you can attach the business card (which contains the contact information) of the person who is issuing you the letterhead.
