I have worked in a company for 2.5 years, during which I had 3 designation changes & 3 salary changes. Please help with a format if any and also clarify which salary to mention?

eg : Designation 1 : Feb'16 to Aug'16 : Starting Salary- xx,00,000 : End Salary - yy,00,000

Hi, there isn't any exact format. But you need to mention each designation name, time period, responsibilities and salary in one letter. And your current designation and salary also which will be the final one reflecting in your pay stubs and bank statements.

Help me with one more point.

I was working on Designation 1 at X salary & after 6 months got an increment to Y. so for this designation which salary I should mention X or Y or both
