Reference Letter..

Hi Guys.
I intend to apply for PNP and I was looking for process to get reference letters. I have worked in IBM for 3 years and now I am working in Tieto.

Is it necessary to provide the reference letter from the companies or we can show some other documents such as Offer letter, Pay slip and increment letter for both the previous and current employer?

Hi,

I am in the same boat. I managed to get an 'employment letter' from IBM with detailed roles and responsibilities as per my NOC but they refused to include the salary on it or issue a separate letter for compensation proof.

How did you do? What did you submit and did your PR get accepted?

Are there any cases where PR got approved without a reference letter but using supporting documents like IT-returns, pay stub and offer letter?
