I got the ITA and working on the document gathering.
I am working in a multinational IT company since 2010. I was on long term onsite (Canada) from 2011 to 2013 which is considered as internal transfer and got different employee ID since considered as Canadian employee for that duration. I have the experience letter for the Canadian Experience.
But since the company is same, If I will be asking for the experience letter from company, they will mention from my joining date
Question 1:- Can I specify in letter of explanation about the situation and accept letter from my company since 2010
Question 2:- In last 7 years, I got 2 promotions so should I specify the table having my designation, Start & end Period, Roles and responsibilities etc
Kindly share the format of Reference Letter format if someone has it
