I applied in Nov 2012. All these rejections from details in the reference letters are making me nervous.

My employer combined my salary with my common-law partner's as $55,000. She states this, but still my T4 shows $21,043.75 for 2011. Will they question that?

Also, I sent one pay slip as an example with my app but it shows 60 hours for a fortnight not 80.

Finally, is this letter good enough to show all the duties for NOC 0632 Accommodation management?

"I would like to confirm the employment of Rebekah XXXXX as Motel Manager of our property the XXXXXXXX Inn. Rebekah holds this position with her common law partner commencing June 2009. Rebekah has 2-3 admin staff, 3-6 housekeeping staff and 1 maintenance person that she and her partner are responsible for. This includes scheduling workloads, human resource management and payroll. The property is 41 units with a high occupancy of returning guests that require continual communication and familiarity. A large percentage of guests are First Nations and it is important that their loyalty is recognised and by giving them a stable management of the property. Rebekah has continued to do this and has an uncanny memory for faces and names.
Management, including training and quality control of housekeeping staff are a large part of her work as staff are hard to source and maintain. This is very much a hands on task.
Beck has purchasing authority on behalf of the business for consumables and refurbishment. The motel has a breakfast room and other facilities for guests that need to be managed.
Accounts Payable are primarily handled by Beck without and further input.
Her salary is combined with her common law partner at $55,000 per annum with the requirement that they reside on premise. The hours of work vary according to season but averaging 40 plus hours a week. "
