Hi,

I am on an intra company transfer (in a subsidiary) and working in Canada for past 2 years and worked for the parent Company in India for 4 years. However, my employer in India (parent company) has refused reference letter (letter of employment as required under express entry).

I have claimed points for my foreign work ex.

Please guide as to what should I do.

I only have the offer letter and pay stubs for the foreign work ex.

Please reply.

Thanks in advance.

I requested for it.

But he can only provide for Canadian work experience.

Not for India work ex.

If you really can't manage then get it for your Canadian experience, use your offer letter that you must had got from parent company, transfer letter, pay stubs, Indian bank statement along with any other letters (performance review/promotion/confirmation etc) you have. finally attach a letter of explanation that why you could not get it from India.

This is what i would do if i were you as you have no other option. If you can provide all these supporting documents, there is a possibility that visa officer may get convinced. Best of luck.

If you can get the refusal of the Indian manager that will show that you tried to get letter from him to further support your documents.
