Hi
my company sent me to india on a paid training.Should they include this in reference letter or else just include start and end date is sufficent.Moreover i dont have each month paystubs.I only have T4.

A letter from your company stating your duties and mentioning start date that would indicate you have worked for an year would suffice.

Along with T4, include few latest pay stubs. You don't need all the pay slips. Hope that helps.

I went out of country for training and that is paid.They dont need to write about this in reference letter.I guess start date and end date will be fine.
Because i am going to write that i went to out of country in personal history section of form IMM5669E.This might cause visa officer to raise doubt.

That should not be an issue. I travel a lot on work and I put that along with travel details. I did not mention in the company letter.

Boss I travelled to my home for around 2 weeks on unpaid vacation and I clearly mentioned it in my experience letter.Further I attached all paystubs for 52 weeks so that they should not raise any question later on.Yesterday I got passport request for my family under CEC Class.It is always good to tell them in detail.
