Reference letter Query

I have shown two work experiences
A) 4 + years at company A for which I was able to get the reference letter
B) 6 months experience for which I was unable to get the reference letter

I am not claiming any point of my work ex at company B, is there a reason do I need to provide for the same. and also if i am not attaching reference letter for this work ex do i need to provide an explanation. I heard people saying that in these cases you need to give a reason for the same and attest the same in writing and get it notarized.

Is it required (notarization mandatory)?. Do i even need to provide and explanation leave aside notarization, as I wont be claiming and points for the same

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Remove it from the work history section and add it to the personal history section only, no proof of employment will be required.

You can submit a LOE if you want regarding the fact that you are not claiming points nor does this change affect your eligibility.

Thanks for the quick revert.

Also can you help with the following:

I have show work experience for 3+ years with a single company.
I was hired by the parent company XYZ "Securities" and was than transferred to part of their trading arm registered under company XYZ "Commodities".This is a genuine case of transfer within companies division, these are the following documents I am having

Offer letter -- XYZ Securiies

Service certificate -- XYZ Commodities
Relieving letter -- XYZ Commodities
Reference letter -- XYZ Commodities

Is this an issue?

No issue as long as your NOC remained the same throughout the 3+years.

Also can you help, what all documents do i need to submit for work history. As in do i need to put the offer letter in there (or can I omit that), which can create this ambiguity
A reference letter following IRCC's requirements is required. Anything else you can provide is an added plus.

Google express entry intake for more information.

You only need to submit the reference letter. If you feel the offer letter can help them better understand your situation, you can put it in LOE along with a short explanation. But that's totally optional

Thanks for the great info here!

If one tries to get a letter from a previous employer but is unsuccessful, what is recommended? I have a legal letter from the lawyer proceedings which followed the employment (states start and end date but not wages, and I have no paystubs), and I have some examples of work completed during my time there. Fine like that or other recommendations?

Thank you all!
