Agree with DelPiero, from what I've researched the meds are valid for a year so you can use them for second application. In fact I, too, and currently working on my second application as the first one was rejected for being incomplete Do you know if we have to pay the application fee again...

As long as all exams are done by one of the accepted registered practices listed on CIC's site, I would see why not. It's just the UMI Medical Record for each applicant that you need to upload Note - this is just personal opinion. I am not a lawyer

Per the CIC site I just found it says it can take up to 8 weeks for a refund. They will refund the card you used. If that card expires in the meantime, find this area on the CIC site and there are instructions on how to request a refund via check
