Hello friends,

I'm working with a company since Feb 2, 2012. My details are as following:

Dec 1, 2014 to till date -- Business Analyst
Oct 1, 2013 to Nov 30, 2014 -- Senior Marketing Executive
Feb 1, 2012 to Sep 30, 2013 - Joining as an Marketing Executive.

I put my recent work experience (Dec 1, 2014 to till date -- Business Analyst) to claim the points and rest put under personal profile, my query is that,

Should I need to get all of the positions I held along with job duties on experience letter from my employer? or only existing position details are sufficient.

My second query is that, Is it ok If i want to change my NOC code post ITA as I found one another (NOC 2171) which suits better than previous one (NOC 0213). My edu. is B.Com, MBA.age 31. R and L-9, W and S-7, My CRS is 457

Your first question is asked in a very twisted way. But, if you mean do you need reference letter for experience put under personal history .. then answer is no. You need reference letter for work experience mentioned in work history only.

You can change NOC.

Only the one for which you claimed points.
 
I heard that we should attach the appointment letter of our job. I joined my current company 6 years back and the appointment letter is missing. Is that will be a problem?

If your reference letter meet all the requirements (duties, hours, etc), you don´t need the appointment letter.
