Hi,
I have obtained the reference letter from my Canadian employer but he just created a pdf in the desired format and sent it to me, everything is there on the company letter head, its just not signed.

Shall I ask for the signature or it is good? Please reply!

I suggest you to have your supervisor signed on it, since it's gotta be issued by someone eligible to prove your letter is legit.

You absolutely need a signature. How is the officer to know that you didn't write the letter for yourself?

I need help!

my last 5 yrs experience is completely not relevant with my education.

Can I still use those experience (Canadian+UK) as a primary occupation for CEC?

Thanks

I had the same issue regarding the unsigned reference letter. Although my lawyer told me that it won't be necessary to have it signed, since it mentions the contact details of the authorized personnel. Also, my file includes all the evidence regarding my employment, all the offer letters, T4s, pay stubs, and Notice of Assessments, plus bank statements.

Still I would suggest that you get it signed. I am not completely sure until I get my PR.
