Hello!

As per the instructions by legal team, my previous employer (Amazon India) did not include the below information in my employee reference letter :
1) Annual salary
2) The fact that I was provided with company benefits

1)
For annual salary, I am planning to attach last 3 month's salary slip/pay stubs before I left the job. Is this sufficient?
If no, what should I be attaching to show my annual salary?
If yes, then one follow up question - my last month's salary before I left the job shows money which I got by selling shares. As a result, my salary of that month is 5 times the salary of other 2 months. Will it raise a red flag?

2) The payslip highlights columns "House Rent Allowance", "Special Allowance". Is this enough to prove that I was provided with company benefits?

Cic doesnt care about your benefits, the bottom line is that your employment was (paid), if you can show them proof that this was the case then thats good enough.
For any big chunks of money going into your account, just provide a letter of explanation supported by evidence showing where it came from, i.e your shares.
Good luck

Thanks for the reply. I left Amazon in July. So instead of attaching May, June, July salary, I would attach April, May and June salary. That way I can save myself from extra efforts of adding LoE. July payslip has lots of Full and Final settlement details
