Hello!

I'm applying to work visa and TRV with LMIA support under NOC 2174. I just received 1 of my client's reference letter and am a bit concerned if they will accept it... i gave him all the information I needed to have in this letter but he refused to put hours or payments(it was a long term freelance project, 1 year+)

This is what he gave me:

To whom it may concern,

Mr. xxxxx xxxxx provided freelance service from 05/2014 to 06/2015 period in the role of web developer and webdesign, performing creation of visual identity, development of fron-end, using AngularJs, Javascript, HTML 5, Bootstrap, and others, in which he demonstrated professional competence and loyalty.

During this period, he was a honest person, complying with his duties, being accessible, good team player, with good communication.
So it is with satisfaction that we recommend him as a great hire.

We are available for further details.

My questios are,

The employer wrote "web developer and webdesign", would that be a problem since "web designer" is under another NOC?

As for duties he only mentioned "creation of visual identity and development of front-end", would tha be enough?

He also forgot to put his email address...is it mandatory?

I think that is all...

I'll really appreciate any comments and opinions on this! ;)
