My supervisor issued me a reference letter for my current job and I have submitted all my documents and recieved AOR on 11th October 2018. But I got to know after my profile submission that my supervisor has resigned and November 22, 2018 will be his last working day. His official contact details are mentioned in the letter. If Visa Officer tries to connect with him, he would not be contactable. I don't know now what to do in this case. Can anyone give suggestion?

Doesn't really matter. The first person they will be normally contact to verify work details is you or your employer. Should be ok.

You either keep the line opened for your next supervisor or notify IRCC about the changes then provide a new ref letter with contact info of new supervisor. All the best

No need to take any action. If IRCC has to verify your employment, they will call your employer. If you voluntarily tell them about this, it may trigger more review of your employment. The time when your supervisor signed your letter, he was active in company, so no need to worry.

But we do not mention the details of employer right? We do mention the details of supervisor or manager. I am bit confused here.

This should ideally be on employer letterhead with company logo. If not available, you can get your duties signed from supervisor on a plain A4 paper. Make sure to mention his email id, phone number and designation in the company. Adding scan of his/her badge would be helpful.

I am also in this situation, Is it ok if i change the company domain email address to his personal email address, so if IRCC needs to send him an email, it can be done. ? or it will cause any trouble if they see personal email there, I am confused. i dont really know anyone else is willing to give me a letter like that, as he was the only one agreed to give a reference letter.
