Hi Everyone,
2 of my previous employers are providing reference letter only in their own format as their norm doesn't allow to provide custom made references . Thus the letter doesn't have my work hours or my salary mentioned, mentions only the tenure, designation and relieving consent. Hence I am providing my original offer letters and appraisal letters to show the salary n work requirement. Is this okay?
Any quick and informed reply is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Salary and work hours can be managed through salary slips but you should get job duties mentioned on that letter.

Hi,
The job duties are mentioned in the offer / joining letter itself.thats why giving it . Will this do? Issue is the companies are quite noncooperative towards ex-employees n thus am facing this issue as all HR ppl I knew have left .

As per CIC, the job duties should be as per reference letter format.
However, in your case in addition to these documents, you should give a reference letter signed from a colleague. Or you can write yourself and notarize it.

and explain everything in LOE.

Hi again,
another question on the same. Do I have to notarize separately for the 2 jobs or get it out down in one letter and notarized the whole? Also do I explain the non-cooperation of the exemployers too in the same as the reason of my own affidavit?
