I left my first organisation in 2013 and in the same year this company closed down its operations.However,I am still in contact with the HR who still have some company letter heads with him and is happy to provide me the reference letter.Should it be ok to get the back dated letter of 2013 from him?
Or should I go for notarized plain paper reference letter?
I really appreciate any suggestions and help.
