Reference letter has different job title but same role

Hi Eveyone,

In my company I have got 2 different titles Jr. Executive and Business Development Executive. For both these roles the responsibilities are exactly same just the title changes. I have asked my employer for a reference letter in the following way:

I confirm that Xyz has been working full-time (45 hours/week) from start date to end date in Pune, India for Company name. During this tenure he performed following roles and responsibilities.

Role 1: Jr. Executive
Time Period:
Annual Salary:

Role 2: Executive – Business Development
Time Period:
Annual Salary:

The primary duties performed by him for these roles are listed below....

For this letter as the responsibilities are common, I was planning to create only one entry for work experience in express entry. Is this the right approach??

Thanks! Can you also tell me what documents are needed to support my work experience with each company? I have an experience of 1.4 years with one company and 4+ years with the current company.
Apart from the main reference letters outlining my responsibilities, do I need to provide all of the following:
1) Salary slips for each month
2) tax sheet for each month
3) form 16 for both companies
4) offer letters for both companies
5) promotion letters for both companies

Just want to make sure I am not providing too many documents and creating a confusion for the VO. Can anyone please let me know if the list above covers everything or is too much?
