Reference letter from TCS: (misses details of working hours and previous held job designations)

Hi all,
I have created my express entry profile and submitted it. Meanwhile, I am collecting all the required documents for Post ITA. I am working in TCS
and TCS experience and Skill letter mention
1) Full-time (not the working hours)
2) Job-title (current only, not the previous one i.e. on offer letter while joining I had different job role and now it's different)
So I need to know does
a) will Full-time serve the purpose for working hours (even payslips mention only no. of days, not hours)?
b) Shall I mention only the Current Role in EE profile as I am with the same company only and TCS will provide current role info only?
c) Do I need to mention both Roles (IT Analyst, Systems Engineer)? I have mentioned the latest role only bcz TCS write "Current Role" only on Skill letter

Last i heard is doesnt provide any supporting letter for PR. How did you manage one?

If you refer the old forums here, ppl have got reference letters from their manager or colleague, stating the working hours, salary, roles and responsibilites that match with their Noc. Also this is being done via offical email or other means.
Pay slip, other employer documents are being added as supporting documents.

Yes TCS doesn't provide Skill letter to employees who are currently working there. It provides only after resigning and that too once. I didn't have and skill letter but I know what they write as I read from forums. I am a current employee. As of now I don't have ITA. I am just planning and prioritising things which are needed

Not every Big employer mentions work hours in these letters, usually there is terms like fulltime employee which IRCC generally accepts (yes there can can exceptions you might receive back queries depending on your case analyst or officer), however the alternative is to get help from former managers, colleagues etc..

Thanks for the reply..I am ex employee with the company..I asked my manager to sign hours confirmation.he does not seems willing.
Can I ask some colleague to help me ? She has already left the company but our tenures with the company were same. She joined at the same designation as me but later was promoted to a senior level.

Yes, it is only an additional document that should be good in the eyes of IRCC. just be cautious to avoid mentioning anything like her colleague had the same designation as you when you worked together etc in the letter, I don't believe that is important to IRCC. I know it is mandatory for someone senior to you to sign experience letters.
