Reference letter from Previous employers

Many users advise that if you write on plain paper by self signed and attach referance of your couleages there with their visiting card to assure the duties, can be valid. but m not sure you confirm this with other member also

you were saying you have 7 year exp than 5 year 2 month with 2nd one you have details
why dont you attached 1st employer details which will lead you to 6 year exp.
and than you provide the detials whichever you have of 3rd one

anyhow you need to prove more than 6 year

Vats actually the other two employer are govermnent organization. I didnt find it feasible to chase them as I had very little probability of success and very high probability that my efforts and time will be watsted..
