Hi, I have worked for an organization 6 years ago and I do not have any contacts from there as of today as most of who I knew have left the org. I have the offer letter, experience letter, relieving letter and all payslips. Do I still need reference letters from the org immediate senior or HR?

Hi - It does not have "number of work hours per week". Rest all are included.

1. For work experience letter, is the document need to be stamped? what it is on the letter head, but not stamped?
2. What if payslips for any employment is not available, but i have got my salary details included in the work experience letter? will it work?
3. Do we need to provide ITRs for each employment?

Thanks in advance

Would like to reinforce this. Hours per week is very important and you must find a way to get your former company to give you a letter that includes the hours per week.
Hi, Thank you for stressing on working hours. Strangely I was carefully reading my offer letter, and I can see it reads - "The normal work hours are from 9:30AM to 6:30PM with 30 minutes lunch break Monday through Friday."
Would this be sufficient to deduce that I was working for 40 hours per week with LOE ?
Also another previous company I was working for has been taken over by MNC and do I need to provide separate LOE to explain about the same?

I am not sure if this sentence would suffice. It would be better if it explicitly stated your work hours per week. Do you maybe have an employment contract that states how many hours per week you were required to work? If so, you can include the contract together with a letter of explanation and the actual reference letter. These three documents together should be sufficient.

In regards to your second question: yes, if the contact details of your previous employer have changed due to a take-over, it would be best to include this in a letter of explanation, together with instructions how they can be contacted.
Thank you very much for the guidance, I have reached out to the new company which took over my previous employer and agreed to provide letter in required format.

For Reference letter from employers does the date of the letter matter?
Lets say for eg I got the letter some 2 years ago from the Employer, can I use that now as reference letter?

Thanks.

If it is your past employer and covers all the details as per Canada EE request, then it should work. If it is your present employer I recommend to get a new letter.
