Reference Letter from My Supervisor

Hi everyone

I am new to this forum and going to apply for PR this year. when i checked with my company hr they are not ready to provide the reference letter but my immediate supervisor ready to provide me a letter of reference. Will it work? Should it be in Company letterhead and also his email id can be personal one or should be company id ? He doesnt want to provide his work email address.

I understand there are lot of threads regarding this issue but i cant find exact one , so that posting in a new thread.

Please help if anyone of you already did and succeeded.

1. Your supervisor can provide a letter on a company letter head. If he cant provide his work email, provide his contact number, just in case CIC wants to contact
