I am a punjab govt.employee and after alot of hassle managed to get experience letter from immediate boss on mutual trust (didnt take department permission bcoz of time delays).
My boss mentioned details like
Employee designation, period of work, no. Of hours, but jobs and responsibilities.. Rather than writing full detail, they clubbed them into 4-5 points...
Although to me it looks fine, m thankful atleast he signed... but i am worried that all my duties are not mentioned in detail and i want to mention them.. so can anyone guide me in this scenario. What can be done?
Convincing boss to write all experience letter is not possible now.. any i have no rulebook or act where my duties are mentioned in detail. So is there anything i can write on my own, self attested or anything...
