Here's what is on all my reference letters:
  1. Company Logo on all Headers
  2. Company Logo & Contact Number, Email, and Address on all Footers
  3. Job name present in writing
  4. Exact Start Date
  5. Exact End Date
  6. Hours worked >40 hours per week in writing
  7. Monthly Salary in writing + Benefits
  8. Job responsibilities (NOC checked & >75% match of duties)
  9. Confirmation of Good Conduct during employment as well confirmed by writing
  10. Signatures by my boss (Company CEO & CTO)
Do I require anything else?

My bosses signed the letter but they did not provide their work emails / contact numbers.

I have email evidence from the company that they sent it to my work email + my personal email, and I have paystubs + bank statements to prove everything.

What else do I need to do or am I all good in terms of reference letters?

Thanks all!

Not sure what you mean. Can you simplify?
Of course they are reachable via the contact and email stated in the Footer. That’s the company phone number and email.

Are you talking about the person signing it specifically? Because there’s no email or contact for the person signing it specifically.

Or should I attach the email proof of the one who signed as well? Phone numbers are private where I’m from, so I cannot simply give it out.

What I am saying is the details you have provided to IRCC should be the ones that if those ones are used for verification the company will get the enquiry on time and respond to them.

What about if my previous employers refuse to write me this letter. I called them, I sent e-mails but they still don’t want to do it. I’m scared of being rejected because of this

Which letter are you referring to?
the letter of experience that we have to put in the immogration files. A letter from the previous employers with specific details (dates, salary, functions…). My previous employers don’t want to do it for me. But to proove, I have a lot of things as my contract, all my payslips and a work certificate.
Without this letter requested by IRCC, I’m not sure to be accepted

Go ahead with these things. You don't have a choice since they are refusing it. Also attach a letter of explanation as well.

Sorry, I am still confused by your statement. Maybe it's just me, but can we simplify?

1. Is my letter okay? - YES | NO

2. My employer's contact details (email, phone, and fax) are available, is this okay? - YES | NO

3. The person signing the document did not put their phone number / email. They only put their position - is this okay? - YES | NO

4. If No. 3 is answered NO, then must I add an additional document for their email + contact details? - YES | NO

I was employed as Community Support Worker with my employer, then i got a position for Admin Assistant. i am not claiming points for Community support worker position, so should i mention this job position on reference letter? or just put Admin position on employer reference letter? Both these position were with the same employer

Sorry if I am not making myself clear to you. Lets do it this way: Mr. A who opened your application for assessment at IRCC sent a verification email to your employer and is going to call the number you had provided in your application for your employer, will he get an email reply from your employer? Will his call be answered by your employer and your details verified?
This is what I mean to ask, if you answer yes to these questions then you are good to go.

Normally they don't varify unless they have any doubt about the authenticity of the letter.

Secondly, they are not suppose to reject the application incase of no response from employer.

Unless the employer says that the candidate never worked with them or his duties were different or they never issued the letter and if the visa officer is sure that he got an authentic response from the right person, then and only then he has the right to reject.

Hey everyone. Need help!!
My employer made me a reference letter with required details but he wrote it in such manner;

It is certified that ____ my name ___ bearing (my id no.) ____ has been working at ____ as a ___ my designation___ from this ___date to this ___date (timing 10 am to 4 pm) except Friday. (36 hours per week) with salary 30,000 pkr per month.

Now can anyone tell me is this letter okay in terms of my working time/hours and salary. As he didn't write this letter professionally. Will this be acceptable? He mentioned time and salary exactly how I wrote^
