Reference letter format and salary slips

Hello,

Can some one provide a sample reference letter which meets CIC requirements. I need to send a draft to my employer.
Also, do i have to submit salary slips to CIC when I apply for PR. Because I used to receive electronic copy of salary slips, and it won't have employer seal on it.
Are salary slips must, do they ask for it ?

1) The reference letter must state your role and responsiility that should be inline with NOC you applied for. One could draft their own letter. I dont believe there is any standard template there.

2) If salary was credited to a bank account, take bank statement and send along with salary slips print out. A match of both will suffice.

I have closed the salary account, so i probably can not get the statement. SAD
