Reference Letter for Work Experience under Express Entry

Congrats for surviving 10 yrs in the IT industry Pritesh
- it’s 3 years max
- work history has to be mentioned for which you are claiming points. Rest of the activities move to personal history/activities section
- yes that’s correct.
But if you can get reference letters from previous employers where you have worked for the remaining years (if it is not a major hassle) just keep in your file..

Do we need only referene letter in order to show Indian work experience in express entry?
Or which documents are needed?

It should be fine, but if they can make an exception and mention the work hours per week will be just perfect... don’t leave anything at chance for case office to suspect your documentation.

Pay slips are ok they do not need to cover working hours
