Reference letter for NOC 0911

Hi All,

I am applying under NOC 0911 (Manufacturing Manager)

Presently I am working as Manager from January'14 to till date (7 months) and was working as Asst. Manager from Nov'12 to Dec'13 with same employer.

My Job duties matches with NOC 0911 for both designation. Also my designation with my previous employer was Asst. Manager from Aug'10 to Oct'12 and jub duties with NOC 0911.

So is it necessary that one must have work experience of at least 1 year as Manager to be eligible under NOC 0911 ?

Also I have almost 12 years of experience from 5 employers. I am getting reference letters from my last 2 employers and present employer which adds to total 6+ years of experience. Do I need to show reference letter from my other 2 employers?

Were you working as a Manager/Asst. Manager at the other 2? If yes, it doesn't hurt to have.

No.. at other two employers was working as engineer and jr. Engineer
