Reference letter enquiry

Hello all , I got an ITA and they are asking for personal activity without leaving gaps
I have a gap before my current /permanent employment
But during that period I did some locum work as a doctor (while awaiting posting) which does not have a fixed schedule ..you go as and when there is a slot
Do I have to get reference letters for that as well ??
I already have reference letters for my all my full time work
