I have couple of queries regarding the experience letter (letter of roles & responsibilities) from current employer. I have some difficulties in getting the letter as it might jeopardize my current position in the organization.

Note: I would still qualify for Express Entry without my current employment details.

1. Is it mandatory to mention the current employment in the Express entry profile? (I have mentioned all previous employments)
2. If yes, what other options do I have for proving the current employment.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, the issue here is that you cannot have any period of gap in your application or you must be able to account for it. The Canadian visa office in your country could consider it to be misrepresentation and you could inadvertently make yourself inadmissible when they do their background checks so be careful. Does your company have a union or does your country have labour laws that protect workers? Look at the bigger picture and don't let fear hold you back.
