Refer any Consultancy for Canadian P.R. for Software Professional

Hi every one... I'm a Software Professional and have more than 6 years of experience in Software Development and Testing including 9 months of work experience in USA with H1B visa. Please refer/suggest me a best consultancy for getting Canadian P.R.. I presently work in Chicago, USA. Your speedy response is much appreciated!!! Thanks!

I got assessed by the Attorney of Canadavisa.com and unfortunately not qualified for 2 main reasons... 1) My work - Software 2) No job offer from Canada :-[

They either had job offers in Canada. Or they applied when IT professionals were still on the desired occupations list for FSW.

if you have at-least 4years of experience to show as Lead or managed junior developers you can apply under NOC 0213. I guess, check with globalvisas.com they can help you with.

My Number is 224 325 0575, i am now collecting the documents and I am applying via global visas. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they said i am eligible with a basic telephonic assessment.

NOC 0213 is not on the list, so without a job offer you are not eligible.

NOC code 0213 or Software professionals are no more in the desired occupations list. If some one is trying to applying on your behalf under this code now, it means they are just cheating !!!

It may not be NOC 0213, let me confirm with my attorney and let you know the exact. But there is a clause where yo can apply.
