During some family issues, my parents' PR is valid till Nov. 2019, my father could not meet OR. My mother can meet OR if she travel to Canada before March.
My father is in the middle of health treatment, he will finish around April.
what is a feasible plan?
1. let my mother come to Canada before March, my father will come in April, what is the chance for my father could re-enter Canada by himself?
2. let them come in April together, both of them cannot meet OR, what is the risk for both of them re-enter Canada?
