Change the country if they refused visa for 3 times. Go for Australia, UK or New Zealand. There are countries like Denmark and Norway which are giving PR to the students of all these 3 countries on point based system. They have much stronger economy compared to USA and Canada with least population and highest per capita income.

i applied on 21 novemeber and got rejection 30 nov........day before my birthday 1 december.......and today i again applying for canada in vfs jalandhar..............this time just hand writing emotional sop for visa oficer....

this time...... my refusals are two reasons.......purposed studis is not resonable in ur past studeis..........and purpose of visit.....my first refusal was purposed studeis and second refusals was only purpose of visit.....this time they give both resons.............lets see whats the fourth reson....................
