RED RIBBON question

if you are from the philippines, what documents need to be red ribboned?

*do you need to have your TOR, Diploma and other school documents red ribboned ?

*how about your license, board certificate and board rating?

*how about your NSO birth certificate, police clearance and NBI clearance? do these need to be red ribbon?

*how about the photocopy of your passport?

I did for my transcripts but they didn't require that here. (waste of money and time)
If you are going to have evaluation of your transcripts like ICES (in BC)
they only need the original transcript for basic evaluation
or sealed transcript directly from the school for comprehensive evaluation.

some of my friends are saying that all docs need to have red ribbon but i didnt see that anywhere in the package. i just know that TOR and other school docs need to be authenticated. and since authentication means red ribbon, i already have it red ribboned.

however for the other docs like nbi clearance, nso birth cert, board rating and board cert, im not sure if these requires red ribbon?

hope my questions will be answered through this forum.

Im from phil.but my application was submitted here in saudi..

-as far as i know the cic is not requiring that your documents should be in "red ribbon".. i didnt pass any document with red ribbon (online application) only scanned colored copy of all my documents... same with the mail in application coz they require original documents...

I do have my red ribboned documents but i didnt use them.. so i think nothing to worry about.. and right its a waste of time and money..
