after apply in new brunswick international recruitment session, i have been contact by recruitment agency on behalf if employer after having 2 interview round they are not responding, it means they rejected me or they will send mail its been 7 days now.

As said to you last week, it can take a few weeks. Did you follow up with a thank you for the interview email? Who is the recruitment agency?

for international recruitment, and contacted by recruitment agency, they deal with new brunswick govt.... check on their website international recruitment session run by new brunswick govt, but contacted by third party recruitment agency

I'm not familiar either with this program. However based on my personal experience in recruiting in Canada, I would say that OP is being too impatient. 7 days is hardly any time and sometimes recruiters may take much longer. Also, unfortunately OP's original post and subsequent posts are quite ambiguous and do not give additional information as asked by other members. We can help only if someone asks questions with enough details. Or provide clear answers when questions are asked.

yes a bit of confusion in communication. Op seems fst candidate who got into the deep hole of ircc's delays i assume.
