Recreated profile but "Welcome to Express Entry" email not received.

Hello ,

I have recreated my EE profile and update new EE number and job validation code there. My GCkey account shows that Job Registration Accepted.
However, I've not received "Welcome to Express Entry" mail in my GC key. When I first time created I got an email after job bank regarding that but this time I've not received such mail in my GCkey account.

Is this a problem?
