Record Cannot Be Accessed Online after Successful several Checking

Last week I checked our application status at www.cic.gc, I was so happy that it appeared "ON Process" but after a week, yesterday I tried checking it again, I tried several times but it says that the file number was not recognized. I checked if every detail I entered were correct and tried several times but it is still the same saying that the file number is not recognized. I don't know why. I am so worried of what had happened with our application. Anyone who had encountered the same experience? What maybe the cause of this? In case an application was refused, is the following scenario happens that you cannot accessed your application online?This scenario was so sudden and it's just after a week and I am so worried.

Ecas has been down for some people for the past week. Some have been able to see their status while others cant, then people who could see, now cant..

A member posted on another thread that they contact CIC and was told there was a system error they were trying to get fixed.

Dont worry! Your application is still In Process

Hopefully it will be back up and running shortly..
