Reconsideration is not to add new documents. It is to prove error in law with explanation why you were wrongly refused. You need new bank statements. If you didn’t provide enough funds with bank statements and didn’t include school registration/tuition etc. that is not reconsideration. Spouse applies for again.
If reconsideration, you say that there was a mistake in the decisions and your funds were sufficient and that you did include evidence you were in school. You explain the documents were submitted in the original application met those two reasons for refusal.
