Reconsideration Timeline

Hi all,
About a week ago my husband who is a TPR holder was turned down for an open work permit due to not submitting a labour assessment form. We wrote CIC back as that isn’t a requirement of this work visa and received notice today it would be sent to the reconsideration process. Any idea on how long this process takes?

No one can tell you, as it is an individual process with no set timeline.
