Reconsideration request was approved

My sponsor application was refused, they refunded the fee to me within 2 weeks of refusal. but when i looked at the refusal reasons - the applicant does not meet the immigration class. .
so, we grabbed the ircc law and listed 4-5 points mentioned that we are eligible on this immigration class; submitted the reconsideration request.

after 2 or 3 weeks later, cic sent a letter saying the reconsideration request was approved, case re-opened; need to use do payment again. but after almost a month after paying the fee, application keeps quiet again.

I wonder what kind of outcome it will be when cic re-opened my case; and normally how long it will take to have another decision?

What was the reason why you were told that you did not meet the `immigration class'?
