So a general statement so may want to order GCMS notes. Going to guess he is single and may not have shown strong enough ties to return. How did you ask for reconsideration to address the reason for refusal?

Actually, he ( brother) is in qatar, a truck driver. I m in canada, i had applied his visa for just 10 days vacations.
