Hi Member as per your opinion I was waiting for gcms notes after checking specific Reason I was reapplied my work permit and study permit for 10yr child and visitor for 5yr child I have sufficient funds 12000 Cad Liquids Funds in my own account and Other fixed Funds 10000 Cad 15000Cad in My spouse account After Property valuation near about 300000 Cad But after that they refused my family visa again Without any specifications i don't know why
am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 200(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-200.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The compensation (monetary or other) indicated in your job offer and your assets and
financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any
accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.

- Compensation: How much is spouse making in Canada to support a family of 4? What city?Did spouse show that you have housing for a family of 4? Did you outline that you all can live in Canada on her salary?
- Funds: Property is not funds. So you have $27k in cash. Fixed funds are fixed.
- Ties: You are coming on temporary visas so what did you show to return. Investment properties, businesses, investments etc.

5 year old will need study permit too.

Reason for refusal -
The compensation (monetary or other) indicated in your job offer and your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

After 2 refusals, what additional documents can you provide? What is her NOC? She is making $49k before tax. Her salary just meets low income cut-off for a family of 4. This is below the average salary for Winnipeg. So that is an issue. IRCC doesn’t believe she will be able to support a family of 4 on that salary.

You have no family ties if bring family so need absolute proof to return. So your business properties are in your name only. What type of properties?

Not sure it is enough as the refusal was no family ties. All you can do is try. Show leases/rental agreements with tenants. If that is all you are changing in a replication then not sure it is enough because you still haven’t addressed current salary and funds.
