reconsideration after work permit refusal-application updated to processing

Hi there,
I applied for open work permit (under public policy 2023 which allowed even pgwp got first extension under PP 2022) ,which got refused Jan 2024 , applied for reconsideration right after didn't receive any confirmation. Sent another reconsideration request (explanation letter and original PGWP) received an email saying that they forwarded to the responsible office but there is no guarantee for a positive outcome. Yesterday received an email saying that i have a message regarding Wp application (message about validity of my biometrics, and status has changed from refused to processing. Does this mean might be approved? anyone had experience or heard from other people ? please anyone...
