Recommendations for weekend landing?

Hello,

I'm planning to flagpole this coming weekend. I've learned that certain locations do not process PR applications on weekends. Does anyone know or recommend a place that would process it over the weekend? Preferably within 2-3 hours from Toronto, ON.
