Recommend some universities in BC, Alberta, and Ontario for MS in CS

Hi, everyone.
I'm interested in pursuing Master's degree in Computer Science next year in Canada to explore more about it as well enhancing my career.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 3.28 GPA, which I don't know if it's competitive or not.
Also, I have been working as a programmer in an IT company for 1 year and 2 months.
As for my preparations, I'm gonna take IELTS and GRE test in the upcoming months.
About the universities, I intend to apply to those located in BC, Alberta, and Ontario.

Can you recommend any university that may fit with my profile?

Also, should I try to apply for a university that requires B+ of overall GPA as well?
I don't know if my aforementioned GPA can be considered B+ since the equivalent is 3.3.

Hmmm...not sure about UBC by the fact that it requires an International GPA of 3.5 for my country's category.
