I need to know if Symbiosis centre for distance learning (SCDL) is approved by the educational credential boards of Canada. I have gone through the university list of WES,in that list SCDL is not accepted. Any other board that accept SCDL ? Please help.

If WES doesn't recognize the school, then unfortunately you can expect that the rest of the accepted education assessment agencies won't either.

Why waste your time and resources for an unrecognized schools.You may be able to secure visa if the school is not recognized and money would've exchange hands.

You can try ICAS. They will evaluate your credentials as long as your college is recognized by UGC, back in India. However, they take much more time to complete evaluations. First confirm the UGC recognition of SCDL before you proceed.

Yes SCDL is ugc recognised.
I have filled up my ICES form but how do I pay thw service charges to ICES? I could see if we are making payment through Credit Card then we have to fax the details to them.

I am not totally sure how they take payments. But they need a way to charge your card. So either they will have an online payment system, or a credit card authorization form which you will need to sign and send to them. So they can put a charge on your card. If you still have doubt, call them up or shoot an email.
